I have been flagging abusive reviews for years and I have encountered every single one of these things and they are all winners. Here is one you didn't cover Flaming art reviews. I doubt they do it anymore, but I remember people used to do the infamous middle finger art reviews back in the day. Those made me laugh the hardest.

I've no idea where the JB one came from. The whole point of taking the names off them is so people CAN'T go harrassing the guys who submit these. I'm sure I've explained this already, but the reason behind not keeping any record of who wrote what is this:
Some people really are dumb enough to go blindly flagging ALL of someone's reviews if they know that, at some point, one abusive review was left by them. Also because some of these are ancient, and it really isn't fair to people who've since grown up and stopped being idiots to have people read this and then go annoy them over something they did months (if not years) ago.
Ergo, it's to protect the (possibly former) idiots and statwhores alike.
